The Challenge

Getting your first job is harder than it looks.
And nobody prepared you for it.

Everyone wants experience. Nobody gives you your first chance.

The catch-22 of entry-level hiring is real. Applications go unanswered not because you lack ability, but because you have not yet learned how to present what you already have. That is a solvable problem.

AI is screening you out before a human ever sees your CV

Most large companies use automated screening tools that filter applications before any hiring manager reads them. Understanding how those systems work, and how to write a CV that gets through, is now a core job-seeking skill.

What gets you hired is rarely what you think it is.

Grades and a tidy CV are the bare minimum, not the deciding factor. Hiring managers are weighing things candidates rarely realise matter: how you frame your experience, what questions you ask, and whether you sound like someone who already understands the role. That is exactly the part nobody teaches you.

The Package

One package.
Built around your next interview.

This is the most requested piece of the process: real preparation for one specific interview, not generic advice recycled from a blog post.

Here is what you actually walk away with:

  • An honest review of your CV and LinkedIn profile
  • A real interview experience, not just theory
  • Personalised, constructive feedback, not vague encouragement
  • A concrete plan and real confidence going in
  1. Getting Ready

After our free discovery call, I send you a real job description and ask you to submit an application. I review everything closely and prepare your interview.

  2. The Mock Interview

A realistic 45 to 60 minute mock interview based on that role, followed immediately by a short debrief while it is still fresh: what worked, what did not, and what to fix before the real thing.

  3. The Follow-Up Session

A focused 60-minute second session where we go deeper: feedback on the application and the interview, the recording if useful, and we define a clear plan for what comes next.

CHF450

The full package

Two sessions: a mock interview and a follow-up. If you need extra help putting the plan into action afterward, or anything else along the way, additional sessions and coaching run at CHF 175 each. Bigger or ongoing support is scoped to fit what you need.

Who This Is For

Right for you if this sounds familiar.

If you are the student or graduate

  • You are in your final year or recently graduated and need a job or internship by a real deadline
  • You have been applying and getting no responses, or not making it past the first round
  • You do not know how to turn your studies, projects, and experiences into a convincing professional profile
  • You have interviews coming up and have never done a real one
  • You are not sure which sector, role, or type of company to target first

If you are the parent

  • Your son or daughter is graduating soon and the job search is not moving
  • You want them to have structured expert support that goes beyond what a university career centre offers
  • You have invested heavily in their education and want that to translate into a strong start
  • You want them to build the skills to manage their own career, not just land one role
  • You want clarity on what is being worked on and what progress looks like at each stage

I know what a first-time CV looks like from the other side of that desk, what kills an application before it reaches the interview stage, and what the real selection process looks like inside organisations in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland.
